HFS Launches Research-Based Sourcing Advisory Suite

July 9 2021

Analyst firm HFS Research has launched a suite of research-based advisory solutions focused on the sourcing process, combining 'immediate' global data with its consulting expertise.

HFS Launches Research-Based Sourcing Advisory SuiteThe firm says it will act as a sounding board for our enterprise clients to provide 'objective, comprehensive, outside-in perspectives throughout the sourcing process' and help them anticipate economic, technological and market challenges.

HFS describes the sourcing advisory space as 'ripe for disruption' and says it will offer advice on areas including strategy, making the business case, delivery models (offshore, nearshore, onshore), commercial models, performance metrics, relationship governance and technology architecture. President of Research and Business Operations Saurabh Gupta comments: 'Enterprises need a sounding board when making sourcing decisions, not a team of babysitters for the entire sourcing process. Our approach will help them design the right solution and select the right provider for your multi-year journey. We have combined hard data with honest viewpoints to give leaders the information they need to make key decisions'.

Founder and CEO Phil Fersht says the firm is 'aligning its incredible pool of data, insight, and advisory skills to change how sourcing decisions are made that meet the needs of modern enterprise buyers'. He adds: 'They want trust, immediacy, and quality of insight based on the best research in the business. That is HFS, it's what we do'.
