Qualtrics Launches Workplace Understanding Solutions

July 14 2021

Experience management platform Qualtrics has launched a number of solutions helping organizations use employee feedback, on topics including office use and productivity.

Julia AnasSAP-owned Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': CustomerXM, EmployeeXM; ProductXM, and BrandXM. Built on EmployeeXM, the new solutions have been developed to help companies make data-driven decisions about the workplace, by understanding employees' thoughts and feelings about where they want to work, and what they want from their physical office spaces.

Through pre-built question sets, real-time dashboards and guided action plans, the new solutions have been developed to help companies ask the right questions and quickly gain feedback. The new 'Experience Design for Hybrid Work' allows employees to communicate their ideal work location and provide input on how their experience over the past year has enabled and/or detracted from their productivity. Meanwhile, 'Experience Design for Workplaces' helps organizations understand employee preferences about how the office is redesigned and optimized.

Julia Anas (pictured), Chief People Officer, comments: 'Over the past eighteen months, we saw kitchens become conference rooms, bedrooms turned into classrooms, and leading teams via video became the new normal. The truth is, the way people want to work is evolving, and businesses need to evolve with it. With Qualtrics, leaders have an opportunity to understand what their employees' need and then work with them to co-create workplaces that foster high performance'.
