Survey2Connect Adds WhatsApp Survey Integration

Survey2Connect has integrated its platform with WhatsApp, allowing clients to share survey links with respondents via the instant messaging program.

The firm offers a Customer Experience Management and Digital Research platform with tools for capturing feedback and understanding it in real time. Specialisms include CX, market research, employee experience and brand experience analysis. The new integration is similar to the company's existing SMS collector, and enables users to create a custom, pre-approved template and share it with their audience for digital research, within minutes.

In a statement, the company said it believes it is the first to introduce this service in its target market, and that in a pilot with clients it had seen response rates improved an average of 2.5 times.
