AMC Global Hires EVP Growth and Innovation

In the US, custom MR firm AMC Global has appointed Lea Ben-Akiva as EVP of Growth and Innovation.

Headquartered in Blue Bell, PA, the company focuses on product launches, offering a suite of tools spanning product lifecycle. Its proprietary PFU tool (Purchaser Follow-up) aims to capture insights from real purchasers of new or restaged products immediately following launch, and has been followed by a range of others designed to help brands optimize products for launch and deeply understand purchaser and shopper perspectives.

Ben-Akiva (pictured) arrives with twenty years' MR experience, with leadership roles at Nielsen BASES, Affinnova and TNS; and in roles including research analysis, client services and business development. She holds a degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

In her new role she will work closely with the executive team and be responsible both for expanding current business and developing new opportunities, while supporting both clients and internal teams with her expertise.
