InfoSum Raises $65m for Business Growth

In New York, data collaboration platform InfoSum has raised $65m in a Series B round of funding, which it will use to hire across all areas of the business, expand into new regions, and further develop its technology.

Nick HalsteadInfoSum's infrastructure enables companies to collaborate across first and second-party data sets, helping them create a single system of customer identity without ever moving data between parties. Using patented technology, the company connects customer records between and among companies, without moving or sharing data.

New funding has been led by Chrysalis Investments, bringing the total raised to date to $90m. Nick Halstead (pictured), InfoSum founder and CTO, comments: 'InfoSum recognized early on the need for new technology in data privacy. Now as the market leader in data collaboration, this investment from Chrysalis allows us to accelerate the development of our unique infrastructure and expand its innovative capabilities into new arenas.'
