Medallia Launches Healthcare Payer Retention Suite

US-based customer experience management specialist Medallia has launched the Healthcare Payer Member Retention and Engagement Suite, to enable insurers to engage members by gathering instantaneous feedback and insights across all channels.

Toni LandThe firm's platform, the Medallia Experience Cloud, helps users understand and manage the experiences of customers, employees and citizens. Medallia's new suite has been developed to help payers improve engagement by listening, understanding, and responding to the needs of members; decrease churn by enabling teams to resolve issues; and attract new members; and optimize digital communication channels. After uncovering insights, the tool can deliver it to the appropriate teams, and provide recommended actions.
