New FlexMR Package Helps Clients Embed Insight

UK-based FlexMR has announced a 'Stakeholder Alignment programme', helping client companies to closely connect their insight and business teams, and to integrate research outputs into key internal working practices.

New FlexMR Package Helps Clients Embed InsightThe process begins with a familiarisation and research phase and continues with guided consultation, developing a structured framework and set of insight methods based on business needs. These methodologies and new working practices are then embedded into the day-to-day activities of wider teams through a series of interactive workshops, and a research 'playbook' is produced. The last gives non-research teams within the business details of the frequently used project types they can use to support common business challenges, along with an outline of key factors such as process, cost and timeline.
