WebFindYou Adds Survey Component to Platform

September 29 2021

In the US, marketing tech platform WebFindYou has added a new feature to enable users to launch surveys directly on their web sites, and promote them with ads and popup banners both on their sites and through external sources - such as e-mail marketing, social media, and paid social media.

Robert BlankenshipWebFindYou's digital marketing tech offers a single platform for search engine optimization, online reviews, e-mail marketing, PPC, social media management, and data tracking. The firm's new built-in survey component provides stats in real-time, including how many people took part, demographics, percentage of responses for each question, and more. A survey launched through WebFindYou will automatically go live on the web site of the business that launched it without any programming required.

In addition, the survey component can be used to link survey responses to users who have previously interacted with the company's web site, and then to send them specific promotions that match their preferences. Company founder and CEO Robert Blankenship (pictured) is currently working on the soon-to-launch independentsurveys.com, to help companies which want to run surveys under an independent name to prevent bias results. Clients who use the solution will be able to send promotions at the end of a survey that match an individual's interests based on their responses.

Blankenship comments: 'Online surveys are such a simple, quick, and efficient way to gather important feedback from the heart of your customer base. Our survey component is truly a step above the rest and is another way that our technology is helping companies be more successful in a simple and affordable way.'
