ZoomInfo to Relocate HQ to Vancouver's Terminal 1

September 29 2021

In Vancouver, Washington, go-to-market intelligence provider ZoomInfo is to expand its global headquarters by relocating them to a 366,000-square-foot, four-story office building in Terminal 1. The move to the building, based on the ten-acre waterfront development, will take place in 2025.

Terminal 1ZoomInfo, which holds data on around 100 million business professionals worldwide, has been established for around twenty years and was acquired in 2019 by DiscoverOrg. Both firms both use proprietary technology and tools to gather, clean and maintain company and contact data. More recently, ZoomInfo acquired conversational marketing platform Insent, which identifies web site visitors in real time, and uses AI and lead routing rules to identify prospects.

The company is now preparing to relocate its corporate headquarters to Terminal 1 on the Columbia River, after considering twelve other sites in the greater Vancouver area. ZoomInfo has signed a lease for the entire building, with the new office featuring amenities such as waterfront access, parking for employees and visitors, and dining, shopping and entertainment facilities. Terminal 1 is the original marine terminal for the Port of Vancouver, which is located between the Waterfront Park and Interstate Bridge.

ZoomInfo founder and CEO Henry Schuck comments: 'Vancouver is our home, and we're proud to continue growing ZoomInfo in our backyard. Not only will we be able to further invest in our team, but we'll also be able to further support our community with more innovation. Terminal 1 is the perfect fit because it allows us to define new possibilities, as we build out our new global headquarters to help shape the future of our company.'
