G2 Intelligence Sold to LabX Media Group

In the US, B2B information service provider Plain Language Media is to sell all the information assets of its diagnostic laboratory intelligence arm G2 Intelligence to B2B science publisher LabX Media Group. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Bob KafatoAcquired by Plain Language Media in 2014, New London, CT-based G2 Intelligence provides analysis of industry and market trends, legal and regulatory developments, and technology and innovation to diagnostic laboratory and related healthcare providers. The firm delivers analytical periodicals, proprietary research studies, and custom advisory services, as well as live and virtual events.

The sale to LabX Media Group includes all the G2 Intelligence operations, including newsletters, reports, and events, as well as the Lab Institute annual conference.
