ADRG Promotes for Top Operations Role

In the US, interviewing services provider American Directions Research Group (ADRG) has promoted Eleanor Ty to the post of National Director of Operations / Client Services, with oversight of interviewing operations, training, quality control and project management.

Based in Washington DC and launched 35 years ago, ADRG conducts telephone, online, mail and in-person surveys for a wide variety of businesses, Federal government agencies and other organizations. Ty (pictured) joined in 2006 as a Client Services Manager, and has served as Director of Client Services and Project Management since 2007. Earlier, she held exec roles at the Communications Center, Inc., B-K Lighting, RMH International, Syngenta Philippines, and the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Commenting on the promotion, CEO Zubin Kapur said: 'Eleanor has for years managed a Client Services team that delivers consistently high levels of performance to our clients, which has resulted in equally high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
