ISG Recovers to Pre-Pandemic Highs

Stamford, CT-based tech research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has reported fourth quarter revenue of $69.6m, up 6% at constant currency; and adjusted EBITDA of $10.2m, up 11%. Full year revenues were $277.8 m, up 9%, and full year adjusted EBITDA rose 37% to $38.8m.

Michael P. ConnorsQ4 reported revenues were up 3% to $38.9m in the Americas; up 6% (constant currency) to $23.7m in Europe, and up 26% to $7.0m in Asia Pacific. Full year reported revenues at constant currency were up 13% to $160.2m in the Americas, flat in Europe at $90.3m in Europe, up 22% to $27.4m in Asia Pacific.

For the current quarter ISG is forecasting revenues between $69 and $71 million and adjusted EBITDA between $9m and $10m.

Chairman and CEO Michael P. Connors (pictured) called the results 'outstanding' and said strong performance was 'a direct result of our Go Digital strategy and ISG NEXT operating model, which are enabling us to capitalize on accelerating demand for all things digital'.

The group has endured a challenging few years, with revenue fairly flat in 2018 and falling in 2019, even pre-pandemic, but the latest figures finally take it above the 2018 full year revenue figure of $275.8m.
