Interviewing Service of America Opens Web3-focused Arm

March 30 2022

In Los Angeles, data collection specialist Interviewing Service of America (ISA) has launched a Web3-focused division, and added cryptocurrency specialists Garry Liu as a Project Manager and Garrett Hand as a Consultant in the new team.

Jacqueline RosalesFounded in 1982, ISA offers multi-mode data collection, and speciality consumer and cannabis panels, along with its community panel icanmakeitbetter, which offers an all-in-one insight and customer feedback solution. The company claims to be among the first research firms to pay incentives to respondents in cryptocurrency, as well as among the first to conduct focus groups on Clubhouse (an audio-only discussion app).

Liu joins the new team after serving as Community Manager with a focus on the NFT and crypto space at MediaKits, a platform through which social media influencers, bloggers, musicians, athletes and others share stories and manage their personal brands. Hand is an independent cryptocurrency trader and investor, having previously launched distribution and cultivation company Ocean View Cannabis.

Jacqueline Rosales (pictured), President of ISA, comments: 'Over our forty-year history as a company we have built a reputation for helping clients successfully adapt to disrupted markets and seize new opportunities. We offer access to key audiences - consumers, collectors and creators - expert consulting and innovative approaches other insights firms don't have. We understand that brands who don't evolve and expand their legacies in the Web3 space, are at risk of getting left behind.'
