Remesh Adds 'Flex' Asynchronous Session Capability

April 21 2022

AI-powered MR software firm Remesh has launched a solution called Flex, allowing hosts to hold an asynchronous session for up to 5,000 participants and analyze qual data as the session progresses. The firm has also introduced multi-language capabilities.

Andrew KonyaFounded in 2014 by a team of ex-Googlers, academics, physicists, consultants and political operatives, Remesh has developed a survey tool that uses machine learning and natural language processing to gather, filter and rank the collective opinion of crowds in a conversational format. The firm says its new Flex solution allows participants to choose the pace of discussions and survey response - especially useful in product concept testing, ad testing and employee experience feedback.

The addition of multi-language capabilities enables businesses to host the same live survey in different languages and view the merged results, helping moderators to understand how customers or employees are feeling across different geographies.

In a statement, Remesh said: 'Both updates allow companies to invite more participants into conversations crucial to their business, allowing them to collect the data needed to make more informed, effective decisions. By allowing the same sessions to be conducted in multiple languages, you're removing one of the most restrictive barriers in market research and creating space for better insights'.

The firm, which is led by founder and CEO Andrew Konya (pictured), is online at www.remesh.ai .
