Fuel Cycle Adds Canvs Text Analytics to FCX Marketplace

In the US, insight communities firm Fuel Cycle has added the Canvs MRX open-ended text analytics insights platform to its Fuel Cycle Exchange (FCX) Marketplace, providing customers with access to Canvs AI's solution for analyzing unstructured text from virtually any source.

With the addition of Canvs MRX, Fuel Cycle says its users will be able to accelerate the time it takes to analyze unstructured data, from survey verbatims, customer reviews, social media and more.

Canvs MRX uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically classify and categorize open-ended responses, including measuring nuanced emotional expression. Canvs AI says that with its platform, the time required to code responses to open-ended survey questions is 'dramatically accelerated', with AI-powered Natural Language Processing (NLP) delivering classification of topics and emotions expressed in unstructured text.
