Forsta Adds White Label Option for MR Agency Partners

Research, CX and employee experience (EX) technology provider Forsta has launched what it calls a Human Experience (HX) Partner Program for Market Research Agencies, allowing them to fully white label integrated VoC programs hosted on its technology platform.

Forsta says the launch reflects market demand for MR firms to offer more robust CX and VoC programs, in addition to traditional surveys and customer satisfaction reports. Partner agencies can collect data through channels including digital, native mobile, SMS and web site; provide reports on it customized for agency or client; and identify trends to drive action and business outcomes.

The Program includes access to a dedicated Partner Manager, CX consultants, solution architects, a CX implementation team, sales enablement, training and certifications.

Forsta MD Market Research Tobi Andersson (pictured) says the Program provides MR agencies with 'a 'plug-and-play' solution that instantly expands their service offering and business opportunities, without having to build the technology themselves or involve Forsta in any branding, contracting, billing or negotiation processes'. He adds: 'We're offering a truly white labeled solution, providing our MRA partners with all the necessary tools to run a successful CX program on their own'.
