Digital Experience Analyst LogRocket Raises $25m

Boston, MA-based digital experience analytics specialist LogRocket has raised $25m in a Series C round of funding, which it will use to further enhance its machine learning capabilities and digital platform, and to grow its headcount.

Matt ArbesfeldLogRocket's Digital Experience Analytics platform is used by product and software teams in sectors including retail, eCommerce, hospitality, and financial services, to create the 'ideal' web and mobile experience, combining session replay, performance monitoring and product analytics. The tool can be used to recreate user-reported issues, understand what happened, and automatically surface issues that users don't report. More recently, the firm has launched a solution called LogRocket Conditional Recording, through which customers can capture 'only digital analytics data that matter to their business'.

New funding has been led by Delta-v Capital and Battery Ventures. Matt Arbesfeld (pictured), LogRocket co-founder and CEO, comments: 'Customers don't need more data, they need more actionable insights from their data. Our new Conditional Recording solution helps product teams understand what will positively impact their customers' experience with powerful analytics, fueled by machine learning'.
