B2B Survey Launch for Financial Sector Firm Dialectica

July 14 2022

Information services company Dialectica has launched a solution called B2B Surveys, which it says makes methods traditionally associated with B2C insights available to business and investment professionals.

Adding a B2B Survey OptionDialectica is headquartered in the UK and leads its Americas operations from Montreal, Canada. The firm was founded in 2015, and serves a client base including global consultancy firms, private equity groups and hedge funds with real-time information and insights on industries and companies, competitors and customers, often for the purpose of assessing investment opportunities.

The new solution adds bespoke survey options to the firm's existing expert interview service, and includes advice on survey design and programming, custom recruitment of expert respondents, and visualization of results, via a single interface.

Co-founder and MD Fred Corkett says the service has been designed 'to ensure research datasets are truly representative of the niche markets of interest to our clients, along with the assurance that survey responses are from vetted B2B experts'. He adds: 'At a time when the appetite for validated and trusted business insights and market data is soaring worldwide, businesses and investment professionals are looking for innovative ways to access primary research and real-time information to inform business decisions and evaluate billion-dollar investment opportunities'.

MD Americas Roula Zaarour says the firm is rapidly scaling operations in the region and expanding its product portfolio to meet client demand. The company is aiming to double its workforce in the region, as part of a global growth plan which projects a rise from 750 employees at present, to 1,200 by 2025.
