OpinionRoute Names New SVP of Operations

In the US, MR technology and sample services firm OpinionRoute has appointed Kayla Murphy Cousineau as Senior Vice President, Operations, based in its Cleveland, OH headquarters. She takes over from Danielle Chinitz, who has moved to the newly created role of SVP, Client Experience.

Last month, the company launched an in-survey fraud and quality assessment tool called ResponseID, which adapts to question type, evaluates responses individually and in context, and provides a scoring system to enable researchers to take action.

Cousineau (pictured) joins from Allegheny Health Network (AHN), where she served as VP, Clinical Operations & Strategic Initiatives, responsible for strategic projects that combined operations with technology across dozens of clinical facilities. Before this, she worked for Cleveland Clinic as Administrative Director, Surgical Operations, Summa Health System as Senior Planning Analyst, and Children's Hospice of Michigan as Administrative Fellow.

In her new position, Cousineau will lead the Services Operations for the firm's sampling and data collection offering, as a member of OpinionRoute's Executive Team.
