Host/Havas Creates Customer Experience MD Role

In Australia, branding agency Host/Havas has hired Charles Rallings for a newly created role, Managing Director for its customer experience arm Host/Havas CX.

Charles RallingsHost/Havas offers a range of services from brand thinking and design to innovation, user experience, tech consulting, digital development, across the entire brand experience. The firm's CX division brings together more than 1,800 CX specialists from across the group's agencies, with services that include data capture and analysis, experience design, CRM design and implementation, and omnichannel content creation.

Rallings (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience across digital technologies and CX platforms. For the past five years, he worked at ad, comms and branding agency 303 MullenLowe, latterly as Director of Digital & Customer Experience. Prior to this he was Chief Digital Officer at research and insights-led marketing agency group Creata; Group COO at DDB; MD at Tribal DDB; and Interactive Executive Producter at BWM.

In his new role, Rallings will lead the dedicated Host/Havas CX team in Australia, tapping into the global Havas CX network to support local clients. In addition, Host/Havas CX clients in Australia will gain access to Havas Group's proprietary barometer for measuring and managing CX, The X Index.
