New CPO to Lead Expansion for Ambitious Full Circle

US-based panel and sample firm Full Circle Research has appointed former Ipsos exec Alexandrine de Montera to its leadership team as Chief Product Officer.

de Montera (pictured) has worked for almost ten years at Ipsos Interactive Services, the global group's online research division: first as VP Global Procurement; then SVP - Global Head of Engagement and Procurement; and finally SVP - Global Head of Panels. In this last role she led a team of 50+ multinational acquisition and engagement professionals tasked with improving overall panelist recruitment and retention effectiveness for Ipsos' proprietary panels in North America and Europe. She also took charge of the allocation of human, material, system and financial resources for her areas of accountability.

With a total of more than 25 years of experience in the sector, de Montera will now work to enhance Full Circle's product performance, panel builds, hygiene and strategic relationships. Her role also includes further strengthening its data quality initiatives and guiding its global expansion, including the opening of the firm's first office in Paris, France, and its second in New York.
