Canvs AI Updates Platform to Scale Analysis of Open-Ends

Text analytics specialist Canvs AI has updated its platform, including its processing pipeline, to support the volume of open-ended text uploaded for analysis, with customer experience, brand tracking, and audience feedback, the three fastest growing categories.

Jared FeldmanNew York-based Canvs uses a patented AI and machine learning platform to analyze open-ended text from surveys, customer reviews, and social media. This platform can be used to help understand how consumers feel, why they feel that way, and the business impact those feelings and behavior create for brands.

With the update, new tracking capabilities have been added to improve the ability for clients to manage multiple waves of a study, and develop longitudinal comparisons and analysis. In addition, earlier in the year, the firm introduced integrations with experience management platform Qualtrics and data visualization and analytics provider Tableau.
