Seed Round for Customer Experience Firm Ninetailed

In Germany, digital customer experience API provider Ninetailed has raised EUR 5m in a seed round of funding, which it will use to expand its team, add new technology and solution partners to its network, and continue developing its architecture.

Ninetailed creates digital customer experiences through personalization and experimentation, by activating customer and content data for the web and other media. The firm's initial offering is an experience layer of composable MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless), that enables non-technical users to personalize, test and optimize the digital customer experience in a no-code environment.

New funding has been led by Mosaic Ventures and Cherry Ventures, with participation from existing investor First Momentum Ventures and several angels. Ninetailed CEO Andy Kaiser (pictured) comments: 'With this funding, we'll be able to take our technology to the next level and make the experience layer of the MACH architecture the industry standard for customer experience and engagement'.
