Knowledge Management Platform AnswerHub Acquired

In the US, enterprise software developer IgniteTech has acquired knowledge management platform AnswerHub, for an undisclosed sum.

AnswerHub enables software teams to share their insights and best practices, growing and connecting communities of experts to share knowledge internally and externally. Through multiple avenues for knowledge sharing - from Q&As to knowledge bases and user-generated content - users can find answers to their questions, while the platform eliminates repetitive tasks such as responding to routine support tickets and internal chats.

As part of the deal, AnswerHub's software will be added to IgniteTech's suite of communications and remote engagement solutions.
