Outdoor Types Join Arbitron

Arbitron Outdoor has announced three new Account Manager appointments: Kelly Flynn, Debora Stein and Frank Ball each have around 14-15 years of experience in outdoor markets.

Flynn was most recently VP of New Business Development for Catalyst Direct Marketing. Previous roles included Internal Acquisitions and Sales Manager for Acxiom/Direct Media and Director of Sales for Prefer Network.

Debora Stein has worked in outdoor sales and marketing positions, most recently at All in One Media, New York. Early in her career she worked at top publications including Omni, Eating Well and Bon Appetit magazines, then moved to Screenvision Cinema Network and the Captivate Network.

Frank Ball was most recently Director, Advertising Sales for Kaboose, Inc., and previously worked for large multimedia publishing companies such as Pearson, Hearst and Miller Freeman. He started his career on the agency side and has planned national and local outdoor media campaigns for some of the largest advertisers in the US, including Coca-Cola, Sprite, 7Up and Smirnoff Vodka.

All three will report to Joan Gerberding, VP Sales for Arbitron Outdoor and will be based in New York.
