Fresh Relevance Launches B2B Module

January 24 2023

In the UK, personalization platform Fresh Relevance has launched a module helping B2B eCommerce companies engage with prospects and convert them to repeat customers.

Mike AustinFresh Relevance helps consumer-focused online retailers deliver personalized customer experiences across their web sites, apps, e-mails, paid social media and ads, without having to rely on IT support. In December, the company added a tool called Contextual Auto Optimize to its platform, allowing online businesses to automatically serve the most relevant experience to each customer, based on different contexts relating to when they are viewing.

With the new module, B2B eCommerce companies can access cross-channel personalized capabilities; supporting sales and marketing programmes by providing a tailored customer experience, while catering to industry-specific requirements, such as multiple price lists and huge product catalogues. Features include product recommendations and pricing, personalized for trade accounts, browse and purchase history, and job roles.

The solution can also be used to automate e-mails, triggered at the right time to solicit a positive response; to collect data across all digital and off-line touchpoints, and to unify it to create rich customer profiles. CEO and co-founder Mike Austin (pictured) comments: 'Fresh Relevance offers the ideal personalization solution for any B2B and B2C focused eCommerce business, as well as those that serve both markets. We also have highly trained customer support and professional services teams, who will provide online training and hands-on help to fully optimize usage of the platform'.
