Quotient President Steps Down as Firm Names CRO

In the US, digital promotions and media tech firm Quotient has announced that Scott Raskin is stepping down as President, and will leave at the end of March after ensuring a 'smooth transition'. The firm has also appointed former LiveRamp exec Allison Metcalfe as Chief Revenue Officer.

The Quotient platform combines consumer spending data, location intelligence and purchase intent data to reach millions of shoppers daily and deliver measurable incremental sales. Raskin is leaving following six years at the company, and after driving the firm's go-to-market strategy and leading all revenue-generating activities and operations globally - including marketing, sales, customer experience, product delivery, partnerships, and people. His next career move has not been announced, and in a statement, Quotient said that it does not intend to fill the role of President at this time and will eliminate the position as part of its continued business transformation.

Metcalfe joins with more than fifteen years' leadership experience in the AdTech sector. Most recently, she was Chief Revenue Officer at account-based marketing (ABM) agency Demandbase, leading a global team of 400 people across all go-to-marketing functions. Before this, she spent seven years at data connectivity platform LiveRamp, where she most recently served as SVP Go to Market Strategy, Partnerships and Productivity.

Commenting on the news, CEO Matt Krepsik thanked Raskin for his contributions and leadership, explaining that he had been instrumental in transforming the business, including leading the integration of several acquisitions, bringing in new talent, enhancing the firm's cost structure and evolving its go-to-market strategy. Krepsik adds: 'Allison's breadth of experience in AdTech and digital marketing will bring a fresh perspective to our leadership team that we will leverage as we continue to build out our network, data and technology in the months ahead.'
