VCCP Launches Brand & Employee Engagement Division

Chime-owned communications agency VCCP has launched a brand and employee engagement division called VCCP BEE, which will focus on helping companies attract and retain talent.

VCCP BEE will bring together external and internal brand building expertise, drawing on VCCP Group's integrated capabilities to improve comms and engagement across the employee journey - from attraction to exit. The division will use behavioural science, data and AI to better understand changing employee behaviour and preferences, while tapping into the group's branding, design, film, social, digital and experiential expertise to create more personalised communications and engagement experiences.

VCCP BEE says the link between engagement and loyalty has been reinforced by new research conducted by sister agencyWatermelon. This has found that companies not investing in employee engagement are facing a 'ticking time bomb', with 64% of responders saying they will leave in the next six-twelve months if their employer doesn't invest in the employee experience.

The new offering is being led by Huw Morgan, Director of Brand and Employee Engagement, who recently joined from PR and content agency Good Relations, where he served as Director, Employee Engagement, before which, he held senior internal comms roles at Virgin Media, Telefonica Digital, and O2 Global.
