PR Council Offers Members Glimpse DIY Access

April 6 2023

In New York, membership association the PR Council (PRC) has signed a deal with real-time insights provider Glimpse, allowing members to create and run general population studies using the firm's self-service platform.

Kim SampleFounded in 2021 by former Lucid exec Neil Dixit, the Glimpse platform uses natural language processing (NLP) to gather and analyze feedback from a global audience, with a focus on language, emotion and sentiment. Through the PRC deal, participating agencies will be able to ask a global audience any mix of open and closed-ended questions, and filter findings by demographics, sentiments and topics, while also gleaning insights from conversational responses. Quantitative analysis will also be possible, and the platform's dashboard will provide users with access to downloadable charts and data.

PRC President Kim Sample (pictured) comments: 'Our members are seeking new ways to sharpen their insight-based strategic thinking, and Glimpse is a quick and easy tool for them to uncover human sentiment and intent without the typical time and expense. Giving members this opportunity is an example of how the PR Council supports excellence in the practice of public relations and delivers value to firms of every size'.
