Jibunu Releases QA Note Tool for Survey Review Process

April 13 2023

US-based MR tech and survey programming firm Jibunu has launched a solution called QA Note Tool, to help improve the survey review process for internal teams and their clients.

Ken BerryJibunu's proprietary platform allows clients to create solutions for both qual and quant research, including complex, custom projects such as conjoint, max-diff, adaptive, KANO, diary studies, advanced logic or graphic / multimedia needs, and multiple languages. In November, the firm expanded its DIY offering with the launch of a survey text editor tool.

The new QA Note Tool compliments Jibunu's Client Adjustable Testing Environment (CATE) by allowing users to record notes such as survey logic or formatting change requests and notes through their survey test link. The notes across all questions are added to a log for easy review and sharing, which Jibunu says eliminates the need to record notes in a separate program.

Users can access QA Note Tool with their Jibunu Unified Management Portal (JUMP) credentials, or they can be given access through invitation. Survey notes are stored in a log with the survey question, language, note, status, details of who entered the note, and the type of note. In addition, the tool provides a link directly to the question, and each note can be updated with supplementary comments. Company President Ken Berry (pictured) says: 'This is another example of our team creatively using empathy and technology to improve the lives of those doing the job'.
