Pulse Launches Feedback Tool to Hone AI Apps

In New York, zero party data platform Pulse Insights has launched an automated feedback module called AI Tuner, enabling deployment, integration and optimization of AI models and applications powered by them.

Founded in 2012, Pulse Insights offers a voice of customer (VoC) platform helping enterprise marketers understand customer needs, and collect user information for targeting purposes. The new AI Tuner has been designed to enable AI apps to improve, based on user feedback.

CEO and co-founder Jeremy Bieger (pictured) explains: 'AI Tuner allows any AI application to instantly deploy feedback collection that combines the original AI input or prompt, the output, and a rating of what the user thinks of the experience.
