DJS Promotes in Glasgow and Kent

North of England firm DJS Research has promoted Alex Belcher to Associate Director, based in Glasgow, and Anna Hegarty to Senior Research Manager based in Kent.

Alex Belcher and Anna HegartyEmployee-owned DJS Research, which has offices in Stockport and Leeds, as well as a network of remote-working staff, works on both consumer and B2B projects across a variety of industry sectors, both in the UK and internationally. Belcher and Hegarty both joined in 2021 as Research Managers - Belcher from Breaking Blue Research, where he was Research Manager; and Hegarty from Watermelon Research and after fifteen years at Facts International.

In his new role, Belcher will work across several accounts, including employee experience, charity and not-for-profit and finance, while continuing to build the company's portfolio of work in Scotland. Additionally, he sits on the company's Employee Voice panel - set up following its transition to employee ownership to ensure all employees have a voice in how the company is run and its future direction.
