Sprinklr AI Integration Boosts Analysis, Insight Offer

May 26 2023

Customer experience management platform Sprinklr has launched a new offering combining its existing, proprietary AI capabilities with technology from OpenAI.

Pavitar SinghThe new SprinklrAI+, currently available in Beta form, allows enterprises to combine unstructured CX data from more than 30 digital channels such as social media and messaging platforms, news, blog and review sites with generative AI, to improve response and user experience, accelerate the creation of insights and help act on them. Sprinklr says the integration with OpenAI is bespoke and 'includes robust security and privacy terms', demonstrating its commitment to safeguarding customer data.

Sprinklr's own technology already taps more than 1,250 industry-specific AI models, spanning 100+ languages and 150 countries, to process petabytes of unstructured text, audio, video, images, metrics and time series data. The addition of OpenAI's generative tech allows its clients to add summarization and automation options to their sales agents' notes; automates the quality scoring and sentiment analysis of conversations at scale; adds topic analysis and summarisation to its research platform Sprinklr Insights; guides marketing with brainstorming and content creation; and enhances publishing and engagement tools for social media.

'We have seen massive demand for generative AI capabilities' says CTO Pavitar Singh (pictured), 'to improve customer service and employee efficiency. Sprinklr AI+ brings this transformational technology to customer experience at the enterprise level and has the potential to revolutionise the front office for our global customers'.

NYC-based Sprinklr, which has already used integrations with OpenAI this year to launch a self-service CXM model, is online at www.sprinklr.com .
