US Husband and Wife Team Launch The Qual Recruiter

In the US, long-time MR sector exec Andrew Postell and his wife Lisa have launched a company called The Qual Recruiter, specializing in providing both B2B and consumer respondents for qualitative research studies.

Prior to the launch, Andrew Postell (pictured) was VP of Client Development at philanthropic online MR panel firm Op4G (Opinions4Good), before which he held business development roles at market analytics firm Lightcast, Branded Research, Clearvoice Surveys, Greenfield Online, Experian and Dun & Bradstreet. Lisa Postell has degrees in marketing and business administration, and her work background includes account management and B2B recruiting.

Their new Chattanooga, TN-based firm recruits and screens in-house, for quality assurance purposes, and does not use sample partners for recruitment. Its respondent base is not built on panels, but through referrals and the duo's extended network, and each respondent is screened for articulation, expertise and willingness to participate.
