Relaunch with AI Features for Bilendi's Discuss

June 21 2023

Research panels and services company Bilendi & respondi has relaunched its Discuss tool with new qual research features based on ChatGPT.

Marc BidouResearch tech firm Bilendi acquired German sample and panel provider respondi in 2021, and now provides access to proprietary panels in thirteen European countries, as well as scripting, hosting and delivery services, omnibus studies and panel building support. The firm has also added new solutions to help clients gauge the effectiveness of digital ad campaigns, as well as interactive and mobile solutions.

With the latest upgrade research participants - whether from Bilendi's panels or client sources - can be surveyed individually using social messaging apps or through a collaborative web portal that allows them to interact with each other. A new Bilendi Artificial Research Intelligence assistant (BARI) taps advanced prompt engineering techniques for ChatGPT, developed by Bilendi staff - automating much of the qual analysis process to reduce time and costs. BARI delivers summaries of research results and enables efficient analysis of large volumes of diverse response types (text, images, audio and video) in twenty different languages. Corresponding verbatims are appended, with the final check remaining in the hands of the researcher.

The suite also offers real-time monitoring of large or small groups of respondents, and a choice of participant interface including WhatsApp, Messenger or a web portal mimicking various social media platforms.

CEO and founder Marc Bidou (pictured) says, 'The launch of the new Bilendi Discuss platform is a perfect example of our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions that help our clients to make informed strategic decisions. It allows researchers to work better, faster and deliver insights they could not deliver before. This platform will grow the overall market research business as our clients will be able to conduct more innovative research projects, especially combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies'. More features are promised for the near future.
