Singapore Launch for GMI

Online MR solutions provider Global Market Insite (GMI) has a new sales office operational in Singapore, with two senior salespeople appointed. Sales ADs have also been added in Shanghai and Spain.

Sng Teck (Ken) Kheng and Calvin Yeow Chai Ho become Associate Directors of Sales - Singapore.

Ken's ten years of experience range from technical support, training and marketing roles at Intel to recent responsibility for profit and loss of the Singapore business of Nielsen/NetRatings (formerly RedSheriff).

Chai spent the last four years as the Senior Regional Sales Consultant, Asia Pacific, for Euromonitor International - he has also worked as an advertising sales exec and in HR.

Also new in the Asia-Pacific Team is Tsang (Patrick) Pun, who becomes Associate Director of Sales, Shanghai. He has ten years experience in sales and marketing positions in multi-national FMCG companies including Hong Kong Asian Brewery and Heineken, and was most recently Sales and Marketing Director with an investment group.

Simon Guy joins GMI in Europe as Associate Director of Sales, Spain, after eight years with ACNielsen, most recently as Business Manager for Spain. He has also worked with some of the world leaders in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and leisure industries such as PepsiCo, Danone, Nestle, Bacardi and Cadbury.
