Seed Funds for B2B Customer Intel Platform Insight7

July 26 2023

US-based B2B customer intelligence company Insight7 has raised an undisclosed amount of pre-seed funding, while launching several new product capabilities to automate customer research with AI technology.

Odun OdubanjoLed by co-founder and CEO, Odun Odubanjo (pictured), Insight7 helps unlock customer insights for product, marketing and research teams using AI. With the platform, users can upload data including call transcripts, interviews, and support tickets; and the platform's AI then finds actionable themes and opportunities in this customer data, which can then be viewed and shared through interactive insight dashboards.

The firm's latest product capabilities include the ability to analyze customer conversations in seconds, in order to visualize product opportunities, priorities and recommendations. The company is also announcing integrations with Hubspot, Gong, Zendesk, Intercom, and Google Drive, for users to automate the flow of customer insights into their workflow.

New funding was led by Forum Ventures with participation from several angels in the B2B SaaS and AI space. Odubanjo comments: 'Since we launched six months ago, we've had customers and prospects knock on our doors to help them make sense of their customer feedback and conversations. We're delighted to have the financial backing to deliver what they want. This funding will fuel our growth and enable us to enhance our platform's capabilities, providing our clients with even more powerful tools to understand their customers and drive product innovation.'
