Customer.io Launches 'Data Pipelines' CDP

US firm Customer.io has launched a customer data platform (CDP) called Data Pipelines.

Colin NederkoornCustomer.io provides technology that enables marketers to design and send data-driven e-mails, push notifications, SMS and in-app messages. The new Data Pipelines platform provides companies with a single point of access to data collected and integrated from various sources, including web sites, servers and ad platforms. The solution then forwards real-time data to destinations such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Salesforce and TikTok.

Data Pipelines integrates with companies' existing methods of collecting, storing and managing data, and with databases and data warehouses including Google BigQuery, Postgres and Snowflake. In addition the solution works alongside the existing marketing automation functionality available within Customer.io, or can be used as a standalone product with popular messaging platforms.
