Firms Partner for Gamer Behavior Analysis and Insights

In the US, video game retailer Xsolla has partnered with mobile app measurement platform AppsFlyer, to enable game developers to gather and analyze user behavior and interactions on the web and inside the game, then compare metrics and gain insights.

Chris HewishThrough the deal, Xsolla has added AppsFlyer to its Web Shop, through which users can create their own shop, on their own web site, and reach more players. With the collaboration, users of AppsFlyer can track players' data on the web, while controlling data through which to optimize and understand gamers' digital customer journeys. Future integration plans include enabling developers to build cross-platform dashboards to compare metrics and extract insights.

Brian Murphy, AppsFlyer Head of Gaming, adds: 'This partnership with Xsolla promises to elevate measurement precision, enable user segmentation, and foster a deeper comprehension of customer flow, behavior, and engagement. It will enable marketers to have greater control of their monetization strategies, budgets, and campaign insights.'
