Buy Brings British Data Firms Together

London-based customer lifecycle intelligence platform FullCircl has announced the acquisition of Cardiff-based real-time global compliance platform W2 Global Data Solutions. Terms were not disclosed.

FullCircl acquires W2 Global Data SolutionsW2 provides Know Your Customer, anti-money laundering, document verification, Know Your Business and financial risk checks through a single orchestration platform, facilitating compliance for both onboarding and ongoing monitoring. The firm integrates data from 21 different suppliers - including company filings from over 365 million entities in more than 160 countries - to provide a single point of access.

FullCircl (not to be confused either with b2b marketing optimisation company Full Circle Insights or with online sample specialist and DRNO advertiser Full Circle Research - both US firms) says the buy strengthens its compliance suite and accelerates its drive to become the market leader in smart customer onboarding solutions for regulated businesses. The combination will give it 'a unique end-to-end solution for companies seeking to embed insight on customers through acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring'; and opportunities to target consumer-related finance segments such as personal finance, gaming, gambling and crypto.

Under the name of 'W2 by FullCircl' the acquired company will retain its staff including founder and CEO Warren Russell, who will join the senior management team at FullCircl.
