Research International has appointed Derek Allen, Ph.D., as Senior Vice President, Marketing Sciences. He joins from Market Probe, Inc. in Milwaukee where he was SVP of Research.
Allen's expertise is focused on applied statistical analysis and leading the design of brand equity, customer satisfaction, and market segmentation studies. At Market Probe, he was involved in driving sales as well the development of design and methodology to support a global clientele.
The author or co-author of three books on customer satisfaction, Allen, 45, will be based at Research International's Chicago office. He holds a doctorate degree in mass communication and business administration and has a background in psychometric theory.
