Marin and HubSpot in Personalization Partnership

September 11 2023

US marketing analysis and digital marketing optimization specialist Marin Software has integrated with CRM platform HubSpot, allowing marketers to target audiences at the right moment with personalized experiences.

Marin and HubSpot in Personalization PartnershipHubSpot, which boasts a community of several million people, delivers products and services for CRM, social media marketing, content management, lead generation, web analytics, SEO, live chat and customer support. Its CRM data will now be combined with Marin's campaign data, to help marketers gain an understanding of customer behavior, interactions and preferences, and fine-tune their advertising strategies, drive personalized experiences and optimize ad bidding.

Features offered include a unified dashboard that aggregates data from both HubSpot and publishers such as Google, Meta and Microsoft, to simplify performance tracking and decision-making. According to the firms, the combined solution makes manual data aggregation and normalization 'things of the past', automating these processes, saving time, and streamlining workflow. With additional customer insights, marketers can set bids and deliver insights to ensure ad budgets are invested where they generate the most impact.

Through the integration, the firms aim to provide enhanced campaign insights - whether with a longer sales cycle initiated by a web site form, call center inquiries, or in-store purchases, encouraging businesses to evaluate campaigns based on 'true customer value'.
