CX BPO Firm Alorica to Hire Hundreds in Poland

US-based digital CX business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Alorica has officially launched operations in Poland, where it has announced plans to create hundreds of jobs.

Kamila WoźniakowskaAlorica's 100,000 employees deliver insights, processes and CX support to clients focused on digital optimization, customer engagement or market expansion. The company currently has operations in seventeen countries, and its team offers CX design, deployment and operations in more than 30 languages.

The new operation in ŁódŹ, Poland is now open, and Alorica is planning to hire hundreds of locals to work there - both onsite and remotely. Spanning more than 4,700 square meters across two floors, the new office can initially accommodate 650 employees, and offers various amenities including access to transportation and retail stores. New Polish Site Director Kamila Woźniakowska (pictured) will lead the operations at ŁódŹ, after a career which has included working as Senior Manager, Services and Solutions Delivery at Philips; General Manager, Polish Operations at Capita Customer Solutions; and General Manager at SouthWestern BPS.
