SurveyMonkey Launches Forms Creation Solution

Online survey specialist SurveyMonkey has launched a solution called Forms, to help users create web forms with purpose-built templates, customizable fields and third-party integrations, as well as advanced features including data and workflow automation tools.

Samuel BakouchSan Mateo, California-based SurveyMonkey provides online subscription-based tools through which individuals can create surveys, collect responses and analyze results, along with an Enterprise version for companies looking for business feedback. It also includes the GetFeedback division, which offers software to help companies understand and improve their customer experience.

'SurveyMonkey Forms' combines all-new features with the firm's flagship survey product, to enable users to create professional forms in a single platform. Features include 30 new customizable templates to help users generate online forms for common use cases such as event registrations, online applications, lead generation, contact information, payment collection and evaluation. Other features include an all-new dashboard view allowing users to analyze and act on responses individually; pre-designed form fields and layouts which users can personalize to deliver customer and candidate experience; and a library of integrations with workplace tools such as MailChimp, Zapier and Google Sheets.

SurveyMonkey Forms is available as a standalone offering, and is automatically added to all the firm's paid plans, at no additional charge.
