Expansion Funds for UserEvidence

In Jackson, Wyoming, b2b customer voice platform UserEvidence has secured $9m in Series A funding, to be used in further developing its platform with generative AI capabilities and scaling its Go-To-Market operations.

The content produced can be easily shared, and tailored to specific use cases based on company size, industry or geography.

The funding was led by Crosslink Capital with participation from Founder Collective, Afore and Next Frontier Capital, and brings the total raised to date to $14m. Crosslink Capital Partner Gabby Contro comments: 'Creating customer content is notoriously difficult to do at scale, and this ubiquitous problem is precisely what UserEvidence solves so elegantly by combining its continual data collection flywheel with content and design automation'.
