'Delighted Surveys' Expands Qualtrics Feedback Options

Qualtrics' fast customer feedback business Delighted has launched Delighted Surveys, challenging template-based quick response providers like SurveyMonkey and Typeform.

Delighted was acquired by Qualtrics in 2018, and helps smaller companies to collect and act on customer feedback, including rapid set-up of a customer experience program. Originally focused on gathering NPS feedback, the firm now offers a 'Templates' solution which also includes CSAT, CES and Smileys options.

The new launch allows users to set up more general and customised surveys 'from scratch' and promises 'quick and simple' report-building and sharing. Delighted Surveys offers a wide range of question types, including multiple choice, text, numerical scale and graphic scale options, and will recommend questions for those requiring guidance. Question flow is fully customizable based on logic from previous answers, and the survey experience is optimized for mobile.

Within the next twelve months, the firm plans to use generative AI to make it 'faster and easier to create high quality surveys and get value from them'.
