Funds for Experience Platform EVOLV AI

In San Francisco, digital experience optimization and personalization platform EVOLV AI has announced $13.3m in new funding. Money will be used to boost its go-to-market capabilities, reach more customers, and accelerate the development of its platform.

Evolv is an AI-led experience optimization platform which recommends, builds, deploys and optimizes customer experiences, allowing users to learn from 'every session' and thereby continually improve conversion rates. The platform is used for experimentation, new idea generation and customer journey optimization. Two years ago it launched a solution called Flows, offering insight into digital customer behavior and enabling clients to visualize where issues occur, by specific element on any given web page.

The new funding was led by Horizons Ventures, more than doubles total funding to date (total $23.3m) and combines the closing and conversion of the firm's previously issued convertible notes with a new equity round. Other investors including Horizons Ventures, NJF Capital, Engage VC and Major Group Asia also participated. Kerry Liu from Horizons Ventures will be added to the company's Board while Kathryn Murphy, SVP of product and design at Twilio, joins as an advisor.
