Senior Changes for Kantar Australia Consulting Unit

Kantar Australia has promoted Mark Kennedy and Colin MacArthur to the joint role of Managing Partner, Consulting, replacing Dennis Wong who is leaving the company after fifteen years to pursue his own freelance consulting business.

Kennedy has more than 30 years of experience in the design, marketing and strategy sectors, including agency side in global leadership positions at Landor Associates and Blue Marlin Brand Design, and leadership roles client side at South African Breweries International and at Design Works. In ten years at Kantar he has led an extensive portfolio of blue-chip clients in Europe, Asia and the USA.

MacArthur has been working in the Insight and Consulting space for more than twenty years, the last eight of them at Kantar where he is active in the Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing Committee. He worked earlier at Jigsaw Strategic Research and The Leading Edge in Australia, and at Hall & Partners and KPMG Nunwood in the UK.

Kennedy says, 'The client and consulting landscapes are evolving rapidly, and, alongside Colin, I look forward to bridging these worlds together to drive growth, build connections and shape the future'. Wong will leave the role at the end of the year but will continue to have an 'associate working relationship' with Kantar.

Foged says the promotion of two people from a team nurtured by Wong to fill his place reflects the fact that he 'has always placed significant importance on the development of his people and culture of his team'.
