Creativ Strategies Brings in AI Skills for New Division

In California, full service marketing and PR firm Creativ Strategies has launched a new division called Creativ Insights, bringing together the marketing consultancy expertise of the parent firm with the skills and tech of data science firm talkAItive, whose founders Vibhu Bhan and Joe Lai join to lead the new unit.

talkAItive, which developed patented technology to help clients enhance their social media engagement and sales impact, was founded by Bhan and Lai in 2015. Earlier Bhan spent more than seven years as Principal Consultant at digital experience company hiwave.io.

Creativ Insights will use machine learning AI to distill large datasets into actionable insights. Bhan joins the firm as Chief Operating and Information Officer (COIO), reporting to CEO Wes Morton and leading martech product development, processes and operations; while Lai will become CTO, reporting to Bhan and leading the product and technology vision, implementation and research services.

The new division boasts decades of data analysis and technology development experience across financial services, automotive and construction, with patented methods for the use of large language models to develop summary and sentiment understanding of large bodies of texts.
