Semcasting Launches Voter Measurement Tool

In the US, cookieless targeting and digital identity solutions firm Semcasting has launched RTVM, a tool offering political campaigns 'complete transparency' across platforms into which voters they have and have not 'reached' with which messages.`

Semcasting says its data solutions, which include identity resolution, audience design and attribution, are privacy-safe. Its cookieless 'constellation multi-touch identity resolution approach' and Smart Zones technology make use of a range of online and off-line identifiers in real time to, avoid the use of a proprietary common identifier or a single match type. The data used includes postal addresses, devices, hashed emails, and 'more than thirty-five' social, display and CTV media platform IDs cross-referenced to registered voters.

The self-service AudienceDesigner by Semcasting (ADS) platform on which the new service runs is designed to maximize reach with control and transparency. Semcasting says RTVM (Real-Time Voter Measurement) can re-identify the recipient of an impression from the original audience as it happens, automatically creating in ADS a 'child segment' of the original audience which can then be 'profiled, versioned, deployed with new creative and even downloaded as a postal list'.

The company says RTVM facilitates 'one-to-one communications with the voter' throughout all stages of a campaign, including fundraising, persuasion and 'get-out-the-vote' (GOTV).
